Currently Loving Scrapbook Kit

I’m currently loving the Currently Loving Scrapbook Kit — but you know me, I can’t leave a kit exactly as is 😉. While the original designs are beautiful, I had so much fun changing things up by mixing in a variety of Stampin’ Up! stamp sets and dies to make the pages truly my own. A few simple swaps, added layers, and custom details can take this kit in a whole new direction while still keeping the cohesive look we all love. If you enjoy stretching your supplies and adding personal touches, you’re going to love how versatile this kit can be!

I used mostly dies to add extra texture and visual interest to the layouts. Layering die cuts is such an easy way to give scrapbook pages more depth without making them feel bulky.

As part of the changes, I used the stickers and punch-outs, and I even fussy cut extra flowers from the printed cards on a couple of the sheets. Those little details add so much personality! On the layout with the word Family, I added additional photo options because I knew I might want to include more pictures. I also wasn’t completely in love with the original photo arrangement, so I changed it up to better fit my style — and my photos.

These kits are truly great for all levels of scrapbookers, and I wanted to show just how easy it is to customize them. With a few small changes, you can take a kit and really make it your own.

If you’ve been thinking about trying a scrapbook kit or giving one a personal twist, this is a great place to start. Grab your kit, pull out a few favorite stamps or dies, and have fun making it yours!
